Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. 

How is my order shipped?
We use DHL/FedEx for US and international orders as well as FedEx/Canada Post for those being delivered within Canada.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
United States and Canada: Duties are included in the shipping fee. 

RETURNS
What's your return and exchange policy?
Each and every piece is made to order, therefore we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

What currency do you use? 
All pricing is in CAD.

Can I cancel my order?
